1.How can I demultiplex a tape automatically?

Select the demultiplex option through the configuration menu, the wizard will start running and present you with several options on how to demultiplex your input source.

2.After I demultiplexed my source, several tracks are flickering

This occurs when you have selected a track twice or left one or more tracks out. Reselect the tracks again, that will correct the problem.

3.Can I capture several tracks at the same time?

In the File Writer module select the tracks you wish to capture, assign a name for the first track and start the acquisition.

4.Since this is a real time platform, can I zoom and pan while viewing the video?

Panning and zooming can be done and selected through the Rendered Module.

5.When I try to capture I get the following error message: ...can't find Falcon.

This points to an incorrect instillation of the drivers for the frame grabber card or the wrong selection of the card during the installation. Verify that you have loaded the correct drivers for the card.

6.How can I demultiplex a quad cam?

You can't, quad cams can only be separated in 4 single movies by using the selection tool in Video Investigator.
