1.  When I try to open the program it will shut down almost immediately.

Check your dangle key and make sure it is plugged in correctly, without that key in place, you will not b able to run any application

2.  When I zoom with the magnifier tool from the toolbar the image pixilates very quickly.

Use the Zoom/Rescale plug in from the Filter menu, this will yield much better results. Using the magnifier tool from the toolbar will only multiply the pixels, using the rescale plug in the missing pixel will be calculated.

3.  I can't use the frame average plug in on a single image.

To use the frame average plug in you need a minimum of 2 frames.

4.  How do I adjust the RGB Channels separately?

Open the Histogram and select each channel from the menu on the top of the left corner.

5.  When I try to use the reconstruction stabilization plug in the message " Velocity not found" pops up.

You must estimate the velocity first by using one of the velocity plug ins. After this estimation is completed you can select the stabilization plugin.
